White's Q4(d4) pawn correctly accepted Black's KP gambit and in so doing attacked Black's KKt.
Black moves his endangered Knight to KKt5(g4) to reverse White's doubled KP attack, threaten his weak KB2(f2) and upset his development. Called "The Normal" as the main, for positional play. B-Alt.
