White developed his KKt to KR3(h3) (spurred by a 3..P-K3 order) to threaten a 5.B-KKt5 pin while his KB targeted K4(e4), and enabled rapid castling.
Black develops his King's Bishop to K2(e7) to deter the KKt pin threat, and can now also castle.
