Black's KB pinned White's QKt to its king (to stop a defended 4.P-K4 giving White total centre control).
White sets his King's Bishop's Pawn on KB3(f3) in an attempt to seize control of K4(e4) for a rapid P-K4. Inferior (ie. rare) but with much variety. W-Alt.
