Two Knights Variation
White developed his KKt to KB3(f3), doubling both his QP defence and an attack on Black's KP.
Black's Queen's Knight to Q2(d7) avoids it being a target for White's QP, and blocks his QB but defends his KP and reserves/supports ..P-QB4. Alternatively 4..P-K5 or 4..Kt-B3, 5.P-Q5..Kt-K2.
