Black declines to take White's QBP and pushes his King's Pawn out for double QP support, freeing his KB - the most common reply. The Orthodox (fully set after six moves) avoids an early exchange but has a drawback unlike Slav or QGA lines - it shuts Black's QB in, limiting its development. B-Alt.
