Black plans 2..P-Q4, 3..Kt-KB3 against White's KP before ..P-QB4 to undermine the base of his centre.
White advances his Queen's Bishop's Pawn to a supported QB4(c4) in anticipation of 2..P-Q4. A rare line where his domination of Q5(d5) with an unsupported KP usually brings open play. W-Alt.
