White developed his queen's bishop to KKt5(g5) to half-pin Black's KKt to its queen and KP.
Black's king's-side Knight moves to K5(e4), increasing the pin on his KP but threatening White's dark bishop and enabling a 4..KtxBP fork. Alternatively 3..P-K3 or 3..P-QB4, 4..P-K3. B-Alt.
