White developed his king's knight to KB3(f6) defending his newly doubled KP against 3..KtxP.
Black develops his Queen early (contrary to good development principles but here an integral part of the gambit) to K2(e7), doubling the attack on White's KP and enabling ..Q-Kt5+ch.
