White has opened by advancing his KBP to KB4(f4), inviting Black to take command of the centre.
Black advances his Queen's Bishop's Pawn to QB4(c5) to control White's Q4(d4) square, and planning 2..P-Q3 to keep control of his K4(e5). Rarer than (usual) Dutch Bird or (less common) From's Gambit lines. B-Alt.
