Black declines White's gambit QBP but develops his Queen's Knight to counter-attack White's QPawn, intending with the Chigorin Defence to attack White by developing his pieces as rapidly as possible. This irregular defence (moving away from QGA or QGD territory) also arises in a QP.Game with Black's same two moves. B-Alt.
