Black responded to a potential Colle System by developing his KKt to control White's K4(e4).
White now rejects a Colle Sys. (3.P-K3) to post a Pawn on KKt3(g3), starting a KB fianchetto. Sound (often leading to a Catalan) but inferior to other moves that retain better White initiatives. W-Alt.
